Damaged repairable?

Featured Replies

Yes it would seem so, (subject to a look at the underside + frames etc)

BUT £2000 max to purchase!

I guess the insurance company didn't think it cost effective so wrote it off for someone else to fix.

No because lighter damage and that to just one side of the front is a over £3,000 Repair Job through a VW Approved Body Repairer.

That is a £5,500 quote or so as an Insurance repair.

All that free courtesy car stuff, profits for all concerned etc.

Still not cheap for someone in the Trade to purchase the parts, labour,

and fill that Coolant that was already replaced under the Service Campaign,

then you have a repaired Accident Damage 2015 1.4TDI mk3 Fabia not worth that much anyway.

My old Kia Cee’d estate ended up just like this Fabia a 10mph shunt up the rear caused £6000 worth of damage, to some it could have been a easy fix but insurance company deemed it a write off.
