Been told by the dealer that it's too late to add City Safe to our order now as the car has "gone into production" so the choice has been made for us now.

 

Presumably that means it's locked into the computer as we were told it's a week 16 build.

I guess the lesson is to do all the homework first before ordering and not get ideas as an afterthought.

Don't worry about city safe. It only works between 5-30km/h if my memory serves. It is more like for pedestrian safety. You'll be fine if you keep your eyes open when driving. ;)
