Hi,

I need to fit a new drivers door regulator panel. Mine is held on with rivets. 

Can somebody please tell me what size rivets these are? I have bought a lazy tongue riveter because I know they are large rivets. 

A link or instructions on removal and re-installation of this panel would also be very appreciated. 

Also I'm to believe that you need to seal this panel when re-installing, how is this done?! Where do I seal it? I believe the panel has a rubber around it's edge, so where do I seal the damn thing?!

Use a relatively large drill bit (>7mm) to drill out, so the head falls off rather than the innards just spinning in the hole. Use a lazy-tong style riveter big enough to accommodate the rivet shaft for re-rivetting. Use Plumber's Gold sealant to go round the edge of the panel in place of, or in addition to the original foam seal.
