Hi,

Just a quick bit of advice.

 

I am intermittently getting a dashboard light indicator that the number plate bulb has gone. Looking at the number plate I can see it's the nearside bulb. However giving it a thump turn it back one until the it intermittently  goes off again and needing a thump. So I want to get it out and check it for damp/connections etc.

 

I have tried many ways to remove the fitting but can not see how with out wanting to insert a screw driver to lever the unit out.

 

What is the correct way.
