Just came from a Polo 9N3 Match 1.4 TDi to a Mk1 Fabia VRS 

 

Going to start driving it in a couple weeks when I get that all important 1 year no claims (18y/o)

 

Cheapest insurance quote ive got third party fire and theft is £1300, not bad really for the engine size, for any Fabia Mk1 VRS young drivers which may wanted to know  

 

I'm gonna be doing a couple of minor mods to make it my own, black front grill, dark grey alloys, new badges etc.

A warm welcome Dan!    Your insurance made my eyes water, being an Oldie I am paying £143 fully comp.  BTW, have you looked at Fully Comp as some companies can be cheaper than TPFT?  I know I will probably end up paying more when I get really old

Believe it or not for my age and engine size the price isn't too bad (that's how expensive it is unfortunately!)

 

No luck on fully comp yet with the cheapest price being £2600, but i'll keep looking
