i have an 02 vRS

at the moment when i unlock the car with the remote my interior lights come on. can it be programmed to bring anything else on eg. foglights or sidelights?

i dont mind buying a vag com lead for this. i'd just like to have a little play!!!

No. It is only possible on the new shape Octavia.

I don't know about switching lights on etc but you can play about with the locks eg one click for drivers door, two clicks for all. Or autolocking once the car is moving.

And you can (apparently) have the central locking give an audible beep when you lock with the remote...
