Sat Nav upgrade

Featured Replies

I have noticed that the Columbus Sat Nav in my car is a little bit out of date when it comes to new routes. This is the first ever built in sat nav I have owned. Can anyone please let me know the best way to update the maps.

Thanks

Have you tried searching this forum (or Google)?

I have search Google and find a video leading me to Navigation.com. When i enter the VIN number it is saying the following:

My car is 2009, is this the problem?

Thanks

Well, that is the correct (and legal) answer that you've received ... there is a not that much legal one - if you try using google, you'll be able to find both the firmware and the maps very easy ... try typing "RNS-510 firmware and maps" and check the results ... the RNS-510 is the fancy name for the Columbus unit ...
