My local citroen dealers (3 of them) were good and a local skoda one is a citroen one too where i now live.

My BX put on 250k miles without any major problems, and I wouldn't say that they are fragile either personally. The c5 is a massive leap over the Xantia and BX. The suspension has a 5 year warranty on it too I think a lot of citroens problems come from price dropping to get people to buy, so low resales, so poor rep, and this keeps happening.

EDIT: Not to mention the number of really good independant citroen dealers too
