Hi folks, as per title, has anyone had any experience using this product I've stumbled across whilst perusing the internet ?

Does it really do what it says on the tin or is it a gimmick ? I have a black vrs which I'm struggling with minor holograms on.

either that or carpro essence - essence is good as there is no panel wipe required after only needs to cure for around 4 hours or so before topping

Just polished the wife's car using this stuff. Black metallic Suzuki swift, no holograms now! Admittedly I probably need to use a slightly harder cut pad than the white hexlogic. But as it was my first 'go' at this car I thought id play safe. A couple of pics for your perusal...

That looks amazing. I think you and cjohnson have convinced me to buy some of the anti hologram polish. Sounds like a no brainer. I read somewhere that "you don't own a black car, they own you" How true !!!!!!!

Also, can either of you guys recommend I get the Koch chemie anti hologram pad for use with their anti hologram product ( as recommended in their advert) or will the chemical guys hexlogic ones do ? I have the complete range of these. Thanks in advance.

Is that a nice Capri I see in the background B)

@valvedoctor46 That polish was done using the white Hexlogic pad. TBH, I reckon I could have gone one harder (green?) to get a few of the minor scratches off as the polish is very low cut. But you can always start soft and work your way up to a harder cut pad. I usually lock in the shine with TAC systems Ceramic coat, its more a polymer than a ceramic, but it keeps a nice wet look shine on the car. Did my gold skoda 18 months ago and it still has a deep shine look when washed.

@BATVANVRS Yes, Yes it is..... 24v V6 cosworth (200+Bhp), LSD, Half leather recaros. And soon to have 15x8 wheels

Thanks for the heads up robt100. As my car is already corrected and m/c polished you've got me thinking that I can use a softer pad than the white hexlogic. I'm thinking blue. And like you say, I can always move up to the white one if required. I'm also going to be cleaning the panels down with carpro eraser, prior to any work to remove the wax etc.
