Does anyone own or know who owns a white Octavia saloon with this registration?

Spotted on the M62 near Pontefract around 8pm on the 2nd May.

Shows as yellow, too...

 

False plates? Or mistaken reg?

When I put false plates on a car I would use another number plate from the same make/type/colour car.
