Octavia mklll vrs steering wheel

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and I'm aware that this topic may have been discussed so bare with me.. I became the proud owner of a late '14 vrs combi and all was good in the world but last night I've noticed that the voice activation/call thumb button faceplate on the steering wheel has become loose. 

I've done a search on here but am only finding results of the centre Skoda badge coming loose. Has anyone else had this phenomenon happen??
