Electrical Bugs! Help!!

Having some major electric bugs in my 2012 Skoda Octavia estate TDI VRS:

1. The alarms will go off about 30secs after I lock the doors, I've tried disengaging the internal sensors but did not work.

2. Window washers not working, and cannot hear the pumps trying to work.

3. Boot keeps locking and refusing to open unless I Scramble though the car to use the emergency release (which sucks!).

Is there a way to simply reset the electronics to factory settings? Or do I need to take it to a garage? 

Any help on the would be greatly appreciated!!
