Velvet red or Petrol Blue?

Velvet Red definitely, but see if they can discount the cost of it a bit! I would have chosen Velvet Red if it weren't £900 when I placed my order.

 

Will work well especially if you are going SportLine or Sportline+ due to the SportLine's having the black trim (though I think it would still look good with chrome!)

 

A big one for me is: You hardly see ANY Velvet Red skodas at all!

When you look at the best deals, the cost difference is about £200 as opposed to 500 (l&k get metallic for 400)

 

Although with the red, you have to question will it attract the wrong sort of person who wants to race you.

I've personally not found that to be a problem.

 

I've had: "Nice car", "Is that an Audi?", "A ŠKoda?!!", "When you're done with yours, you can clean mine."

 

But never, "Wanna race?"

 

And, anyway, I would decline. 

 

It's always the grey ones in their sleepers that wanna race.

I don’t want to race, but did find the race blue got some annoying people wanting to try and not buggering off.

 

Then again I also had a previous car keyed, because some people are special, so I guess you get them everywhere.
