Good evening,

my name is Nikola Gocova. Last week (Tuesday) we put our car (skoda superb) to skoda service in Stourbridge. The reason why we put it there was, we found water under the co-driver seat. We still have a car in warranty so we thought they will fix it. From Tuesday we didn’t get any news about our car. After too many calls there they told us they call us back and nobody did it my partner went on Friday to their service what happened with the car. They told him they put it to car wash and chcecked the tubes if it’s ok but they didn’t find anything. Last thing what they told him was they will try air condition too. Nothing change. Is Tuesday evening from yesterday we tried to call them and it was without the change. They said they call us back and nobody inform us about anything. Before half an hour we came from this service and I’m really dissapointed. And angry. They cut carpets inside the car so man in skoda service told us if we want new carpets because our was full of water we need to pay around £400 plus we need to pay £300 for work. So together is £700 for 3 hours of work on our car how the man told us and we are confused now. We put our superb to service because is still in warranty, they told us it will be ready last Friday, they didn’t find anything and they try to make it like our fault. Nobody speak with us about the car about the process, nobody tell us we need to pay if they don’t find anything and now I should pay £700 because somewhere is problem and they didn’t find it? Please can you help me or give me some advice what I should do next? Their customer service is not really good if they didn’t let us know what’s going on. For your soon answer Thank you for any help
