Can another please tell me how much it would cost for SKODA to replace the Perspex lens on my instrument cluster? It got badly scratched when I was cleaning it and I have tried numerous ways to try and get the scratches out but none have worked. Thanks!

I don't think it's available as a separate part on the Superb so if you go through Skoda, they'll need to replace the entire cluster (very expensive).

 

I'd be tempted to find a 'good' condition used part on eBay and switch the fronts over

Have you tried to pull it out and try to polish it with very fine compound, just like the headlights can be polished?

 

Try it on an corner obviously first...

No as I did not want to damage the actual dashboard. Surprisingly WD40 applied to the scratches using a q-tip covers them pretty well so I’ll stick with that in the short term. Thanks for your reply!
