That's unlikely to be any more effective than the other 'turbo cleaning' products you mentioned in your other thread.

 

If the turbo is truly gummed up, the only proper fix is to either replace it or have it refurbished. Anything else is likely to be a temporary solution...

.... some places that do refurb are better than others
