2.0 tfsi dsg remap options

Featured Replies

Morning chaps. I've used shark performance in the past, and would happily again, but they seem impossible to get hold of at the moment. Tried email, phone, no response.

What are the other options available? Not a fan of revo (past experience), I've heard r tcch mentioned positively a few times. I'm Midlands based, so r tech would be convenient.

Any other recommendations?

I'd persist a bit longer as you know it'll be worth it.

It turns out there's been IT problems affecting things. Sorted now though.

Good to know. I've fired off another email, so will hopefully be able to use shark again.

So, seems shark are no longer an option. 2 emails unanswered, dozens of phone calls unanswered and a voicemail. Even tried getting information from a shark dealer, and they can't get in touch with shark.

No idea what's going on there, but not much else I can do to spend my money there!

Any other recommendations? R tech do a engine check before doing the map, which is appealing.

I wonder if the IT gremlins have crept back? If you PM me your number I'll pass it on to Ben.

R tech are probably one of the best tfsi tuners out there you won't regret choosing them

Much appreciated fella, but I'd be concerned about getting back in touch with them if a problem did arise. I've absolute faith in their maps, but on this occasion I'll be trying somewhere else.
