It seems like ages since I ordered it , but in fact it's taken no longer for this one to arrive than the first vRS I had.

Righto I'm back !!

What a nightmare -- I only forgot my bloody pin number for the debit card

Had to ring the bank for them to remove the security block that went up on the second attempt !! - Thankfully remembered the correct number on the 3rd and final attempt. The banl told me if I got it wrong on the third attempt it would completely block the card, and I'd have to go through the hassle of applying for a new pin.

Anyway, more importantly to the car !! -- Am I happy ?? Oh YES!!

Does it suffer the same problem as Shifty's -- Don't Know, weather and road conditions have not allowed me to try it yet.

Bad day to collect a new car really - it's absolutely peeing down here -- mind you that hasn't stopped me taking some photo's of my new baby!! I resisted the urge to take them in the showroom - would have felt like a right sad act doing that !!!

Oh and how good is the Sat-Nav ?? -- set it to home to try it out and took a deliberate wrong turn - no sweat, and as I pulled onto my drive - "You have arrived at your destination!"

Right that's that done -- I'm going for a drive !!!

I called in at work on the way home to speak to our valetors about sorting a supaguard on it.

Parked it in our off site parking and was promptly told to bring it in the workshop for everyone to have a look at !!!

And yes got plenty of compliments

As for running in - its only done about 60 miles (50 with me this morning !!) so I'm not going to push it yet

I went out for a drive this afternoon, I ended up in Blackpool visiting my uncle -- I followed a Police van with it's blues & two's on up his road -- he thought I'd got a Police escort of the motorway

I should have called in on Shifty !! -- only thought about it when I was five miles from home
