Power loss, no codes!

Featured Replies

Hi

We have a 2005 1.4 petrol fabia in at the moment. The vehicle intermittently cuts out, will restart but then will not rev about 3000rpm. This seems to happen when vehicle has warmed up. There are no codes in engine ecu. There is a 01314 check engine DTC in the abs ecu but when scanning there are no engine faults! I took catalyst off and made sure this was not blocked but seems ok. Anyone else had a similar issue, was starting think blocked fuel filter maybe?

Thanks

I have no idea which 1.4 you mean but I had a 1.4 16V with the single coil pack and HT leads which used to stop working when it got hot, replaced the coil pack and the problem was fixed.
