the 3x 2.0TDI in the £30k range look fair priced for a L&K....... the petrols lol !

Maybe this is dynamic marketing as more people move to petrol lol !

Well, they did say that Superb's prices went up a bit:D

Looks like I bought a 280 at just the right time.  Result!

That 150ps TDI, is it a stock L&K or do you have anything added in the configurator?

It felt a wee expencive to me (yes, even when next to 48k 280) and went to see what it costs in these parts. And stock 150 TDI L&K with manual gearbox would cost 25 961 pounds.

And the190 DSG 2WD is £7k more than the 4WD version. Confused is I...

That TDI 190 was really expensive for a slightly different turbo, map and a few small bits.

The 150 uses adblue now too, so I just don’t get the increase.

I certainly didn’t pay anything like 32k for mine.

If I read that table right, then adding a dsg to the TDI 150 costs £9510 extra. That can't be right.

DSG is comfort and for comfort you must pay more. If the price for comfort should be a price for a small car, thats a different question:D

So, whos the first one to call Skoda UK and ask why secretary's kid has been learning numbers again on Configurator?

The prices have gone up a lot, according to the dealer.

I didn’t see the value in dsg over manual as I spend most of my time in 6th on the motorway.

plus the cost for a 190 over a 150 was a joke.

i do agree some of that is screwy though.

The price list from the Skoda UK website listing (i.e not the car config site)

Lokks like it was a mistake that has now been fixed.

Hadn't looked at the configurator for a while so good to see they have added a new colour to the range, Emerald Green Metallic. Saw a Kodiaq in this a couple of weeks ago and thought ti looked ok.

Just configured an identical car to my own (as near as you can get as the options have changed slightly) and got a total of £42120

My car was £40325 three years ago so not too much of a difference.

In the end nobody pays list price, do they? :notme:

It's still wrong, based on my assumption/understanding that engine (PS) outputs were going to be different due to new emissions tests/compliance?

The 190 2WD TDI is available for estate but not hatch. I understood they had withdrawn it altogether?

That information will only be published some time after September. Some engine/gearbox variants will be dropped altogether.

There is going to be a strange transition period when existing non WLTP stock will have to be disposed off.

?

Why would they be made public only after September if Skoda gets testing carried out in the rest of July or in August?

http://volkswagen.co.uk/owners/wltp

Because they want rid of the non WLTP stock first before the really bad news hits.

They've been testing for several months now, but still nothing published on Skoda and very selective information from the rest of the group. So obviously holding information back until they are obliged by law to cough up.

WLTP models are likely to be launched with a price hike

I thought the configurator is only used for factory orders.  Anything already manufactured and not allocated would need to be identified by Skoda CS in the relevant country/market, no?  e.g you ask what's available, Skoda CS send you a spreadsheet

The uk isn’t all Wing a transition period post September, hence some super deals, but I was told order now and there is no stock, so it will be an my19 car with WLTP figures.

plus if the figures are drastically different you can cancel without loss of deposit.

Did they define drastically different?

It just says you can cancel if figures do not meet those you were given. So any worse and the magic wltp words mean free cancellation.

i specifically stated and WLTP+RDE euro 6d temp standard on the order.

Even my humble 1.4 Sportline is £1500 or so more expensive than it was a couple of months ago (Sportline with added Columbus or Sportline plus)
