IMHO All Fabia's look much better for having alloys, even if they are from the Skoda accesories range like mine were. Earlier Fabias have really horrible "Sticky Outy" Trims too :thumbdwn: . Don't think they would look naff at all, quite the opposite. Aferall that is what you are paying for.

IMHO, ANY alloys look better than trims, as long as they are kept clean. At least it shows you care about your motor, and knowing you might damage them makes you a better parker !

im not too keen on big alloys 17s and the like but i was worried that maybe 14s would look out of place....

I quite like my 14" trims. Looks stealth then...

Try to get 15ins if you can tho. Look quite a bit better than the 14in ones.

Oh, forgot to add, they look tiny when they are on the car and I mean really tiny.

Why not get a set of vRS alloys ?

vRS alloys would look very nice. As would a set of the 15" Sport type alloys, Saw a set on ebay dirt cheap the other week.

i dont want to get bigger wheels as it would spoil the ride of my car

Here's my fabia with 14" elegance alloys, not estate though

16" vRS alloys spoil the ride ?

The standard Fabia is a waterbed, perhaps bigger hoops will help to lash things down a bit?

Ordered 15s today ..... will post pics as soon as they are on the car

15s is the sensible inbetween choice.

16s are good and 17s pretty huge. As nice as 14" stock alloys are, they do look a wee bit small. Nicer than trims though (sorry Moose :))

edit: just remembered my car first came on GTI 15s. Here's a pic.

the ones I have on my fabia are the same as FtojeTDI is showing upperpage. They are probably the best look of any 14" alloys you can get. Here in Slovakia, where I live the roads are many potholes after these frosty winters when the maintenance trucks have to plush the snow and ice away and to have lower profile on the wheel would make you lose your teeth and also count on how much power you have under your bonnet. 14"ones are easier to roll than 15" or even more 16".

however i think they look better unwashed. It makes them to seem beeing widened..

just make sure the 14" won§t fit on vRS model, because the one has bigger brake disc and whole mechanism won§t let you put the wheel on.

consider this

heres mine with 15" :)

like where do you mean here?

the image is gone, at least it looks so..

If it's picture time Ill join in too!

I Think it's noticable that 14" Alloys are small, but I dont think they make my car look like it's on stilts if you know what I mean, I Do need to get some locking bolts for mine though:O Certainly better than with steels, I Have a photo with my car from the dealership with wheel trims, cringeworthy. The new models get decent trims though it must be said.

just certainly do not go for those 400001 ones.

My sister has those on hers fabia and those look NAFF.

She is saying she'll sell it.

Do you want them?

yours are fine as well, but do you know that there is a replacement design of original skoda alloys to yours?

...... time to upgrade :D

but anyway i think the 16" ones fit the best, however it depends if you have an engine that would pull it without you swearing ;)
