I've just checked it and its true! There'll better be a security fix for it quick, or I'm installing a different O/S !

The fix is to delete the file and best practice suggests that you make sure that anyone who has access to your computer (via FTP for instance) is CHROOTed away from files that don't concern them :)

If anyone, even without high privilege, has had access to your system under different circumstances (SSH Shell etc etc) then you need to change your password too.
