I noticet the other day that both the huyraulic struts on the boot of my Fabia vRS appeat very dirly and oily and look as though they could be leaking oil.

Has anyone else noticed this on there cars? is it normal or is it somehting i should have aword with the dealer about?

The car is goingin for its 20k service at the end of the week and if it sounds like these are likely to need replacing under warrenty i will call the dealer and warn them in advance so hopefully they can get the parts on order to avoid me having to make another trip back to the dealer.

I will call the dealers and pre warn them in the hope they can make sure the parts are available while they have the car in for its service.

We had all of ours done some time ago. is only a 5 minute while you wait job - as long as they don't drop the tailgate that is.
