my 2013 octavia fl has fault codes after installing Canbus LEDs in DRLs and number plate bulbs also rear indicators. Tried VCDS to clear but to no avail....

       any help out there ....thanks. its my first time to post a topic.....

Got a full vcds autoscan and links to the bulbs you've used?

 

Just to point out, can-bus friendly bulbs aren't actually can-bus friendly nor can they communicate on the can-bus. Instead, they typically just have a load resistor to simulate a halogen bulb. This is to fool the cars bulb monitoring to avoid the warning light.

 

Sounds like the bulbs aren't good enough to fool the checks so you're still getting warnings.

 

If you can find someone with VCP or ODIS-e they might be able to help remove the bulb checks.
