Phone contacts

Featured Replies

Hi all over the last couple of month my iPhone and 65 plate Octavia keeps refusing to show any of my contacts or anything has anybody any ideas on the way forward just got it back at lunchtime after a water pump problem and no phone again. Thanks in advance

Try removing and then re-pairing on both devices as a starting point.

As above, plus, have you got any old (un-used) phones stored on the car? I had a similar issue with a hand-me-down company car, deleted the old phones/contacts and it cured it

fat fingers...

I had the same problem a couple of days ago. I tried resetting the infotainment unit and the iphone a few times but still no joy. I finally discovered a couple of settings had changed in my iphone for some unexplained reason. I went through the following:

Settings - Bluetooth - i button ( located next to my device list ) - turn Show Notifications and Sync Contacts back to the On position and then everything came back to normal for me.
