Cheers all. I think I am leaning on removing the front heated screen.  All the options I would likely use throughout the year but the heated screen would only be for a short 3 months.

The delivery dates and unknowns on price are more of a deal breaker at the moment. Thinking it may be cheaper just waiting six months for everything to die down and possibly by a low mileage used example.

Ive got the 2018 SE L 4x4 190ps DGS 7Seat

Got no electric seats no led door lights only front Assist .... but got all i need .... love it.

Don’t forget the heated screen can also be used to quickly demist the windscreen and also has the added benefit reflecting the sun and keeping the car cooler.

?

Which 3 months are the ones that heated screens or De-Icer are needed in West Lothian.

IME anytime from September to May is 8 months.

You could argue the sunroof was a seasonal option as well, and its a huge cost!

And only for 1 month up here :)

I wouldn't get the sunroof even if it was free, its an extra cost on services and it squeaks during the winter when the chassis is moving.

See what you did there!  I would say that in Scotland you need all the sunlight you can get! :)  Hence the sunroof may not be open for most months of the year but the blind will be giving the back seat users a much more airy cabin.
