Octavia III vRS - road noise

Morning all,

 

My 2017 Octavia vRS produces a lot of road noise from the (I assume) OEM Bridgestone tyres.  Are there any recommendations from the collective as to what is the best tyre for reducing road noise as much as possible?

No one best tire cause everything depends but Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 seems to be one that many are happy with.

I'm running the Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 3 on mine and they are good. The tyres are only one factor in there being quite a bit of road noise in the Octavia.

I believe so, I'm just pondering as to how best reduce what I can.

I'm running Goodyear AS3's in my Superb, I did find they helped the noise. 

 

I also fitted some thick, padded sound insulation to the underside of my floor mats and boot mat. It cost about £20 and probably knocked a couple of dB off the road noise.
