Random q but does anyone have a picture of a Octavia VRS estate (white ideally!) on generic black 5 spoke alloys. I want to see how it looks for winter wheels, however I suspect the VRS looks better on slightly busier wheel designs.

Google “Octavia Dezent TD”. A few good pics are out there already. 

 

Otherwise, in a few weeks, my black 18” TD’s will be back on my white wagon. I’ll send a pic when done.

My 18" Gunmetal Grey TD alloys.

Nice! I like a lot. 

I so nearly went with the grey.

I also have the Dezent TD Graphite wheels but 17" for my winters.

For me the size looks a bit small on the vRS but overall its acceptable.

They will be back on the car mid November for the winter after the Snetterton track day.

@TeebsVRS I bought mine after finding this image of a white wagon.  17’s in the pic though. Black wheel designs just disappear from a distance without any contrasting detail to define the edges. Doesn’t matter what pattern they are. They do match a black pack vehicle well though.

Finally got the black winter 5 spokes on. Look ok in the right light and when clean. They don’t look so good mucky.

Better in Gunmetal Grey (see above) TD's do suit the Octy regardless of colour or bodystyle.
