I've recently fitted an rclick keyless entry system, and I don't get the indicator 'flash' on locking

 

On further inspection, my indicators don't work with the ignition off. With ignition on they work as expected. The hazard warning light button makes the indicators operate with the ignition off, however.

 

Is that normal operation or has something gone awry ? I recently replaced the BCM / central electronics module whatever you want to call it. Perhaps my replacement has some issues ?

With ignition off the right or left sidelights are switched on for parking. Ergo, no indicators is normal.

Perhaps it would be best for my to splice the rclick indicator flashing wire into the hazard warning light input wire then, would anybody know what pin that is and on which connector ?
