Is there any recommendations for places to either get this done, or places to buy refurbished ones for my Fabia?

Where are you based? Big redd in Worcester are very good, I got them to ceramic bake on paint my Octavia VRS calipers and carriers, bought a rebuild kit for £30 and rebuilt them myself.

I can recommend Bigg Red, excellent service.
