You will. You'll use them when you creep up behind some dawdler and want to do a very quick overtake with the car just below the power band.

I have the paddles and since i have it (15k km) have used them three-four times, but i got mine this May.

 

If yours is going to be 4x4 and you will use the car for some true fun (=drifting/spirited driving on a mountain road) during snowy winter then this is a must.

 

If not 4x4 - completely useless  :)!

No 4x4 in the VRS 245 at the moment @trimata plus the only thing I like to do in the snow is snowboard, no journeys worth wrapping the car up on snow and ice up here

Why TF does everyone want to extend the paddles ? your wives/girlfriends will love your fingers getting more exercise & therefore, stronger.
