What does everyone think to these? Are they worth it or will they be not much difference to the standard intercooler?

I bought mine from here: https://www.hg-motorsport.de/shop/product_info.php/info/p3643_VAG-1-8T-DOUBLE-DIN-sidemount-intercooler--SMIC-.html. It definitely makes a difference in temperature drop for the air intake.

However, mine was a previous version that didn't have the air guide cover and the the option for different pressure sensor sizes. I had to re-bore mine.

I forgot to mention that in order to fit the standard bushings, the holes need to be enlarged to 18mm (if I remember it correctly).

The holes need to be 16mm, and I have the picture to prove it.
