Any ideas or does it have to be Skoda only? Or will newer Skoda seats not fit? 

Polo 9n. Polo 9n3. Seat Ibiza MkIV. Fabia MkII. All bolt straight in.

If you understand basic dismantling and some minor upholserty work you can make anything fit, even VW and octavia seats, depending on your skill and comon sense with spanners etc and oppotunity to obtain spares ( or your own if the covers are trashed)

Myself and others have paired Recaro seats before with standard donor seats. You could change seat covers or the whole upper/base sections can normally be matched out.

My Recaros only cost me about £90 factoring in selling my mint originals was about £150 back, buying a second Fabia seat was £40 then buying full leather recaros for £200 used. Standard front seat bases so fit no problem.
