Where can the relay for the front wipers be found. Somewhere under the steering wheel, but how does one get to it? Rapid 2018.

Probably soldered onto a circuit board inside an electronic module.

The front wipers are controlled by the BCM not a relay.

Where is that then? Looking to sound insulate the source of the clicking...

Under the dash above the acelerator pedal (assuming RHD)

Ok, so in LHD would be above the clutch pedal.
