Can someone help please my vrs keeps going into limp mode randomly for a few seconds then back to normal again. One know what is going on 

Impossible to guess.

 

You need to get the car scanned for fault codes.

 

Do you still have a MkI? This is the MkII forum...

Same issue with my vRS a couple of days ago. Fault code reader said it was the exhaust gas temp sensor (sensor 1 bank 1). But mines a diesel. Your signature says you have a MK1 - i.e. a 1.8 petrol. Are you in the right forum? regardless, I’d be looking at dodgy/failing sensor of some type.
