Random time and date set by GPS

Featured Replies

Today while out in the vRS I noticed the time and date were completely wrong, was set to take it automatically from GPS. Showing just after midnight when it was just before 1pm and date showing as 1/1/2013. Anyone have this before or any clue why it would be so wrong? I've ended up setting it manually to fix it.

Sounds like there was no GPS signal as that's a default date/time.

Sure yes, I would have thought that too but that wasn't the case as I was using the nav to plan and route me and it knew where I was too. I'll have a check again  later as I'm out and about where there is definitely a GPS signal.

Well I switched it back to auto date/ time and it's fine now. Still very odd before.
