Is there a plan for SS3 2.0 TSI 140kW DSG?

Info from Skoda Worldwide:

this engine is one of the planned options. However we cannot tell at this point when exactly it will be available. We expect about halfway into 2019.

Does anyone have got another infos locally?

I was hoping this would have come out with the 1.5 tsi 150 and 2.0 tsi 272, after all it's available in the Octavia. Just ordering a 1.5 tsi 150 dsg superb myself but really would have preferred a 190 and can't wait til middle of 2019.

so is the 2.0 TSi 162kW (220bp) now the 140kW (190bp), thanks to WLTP???

 

cause thats a big drop :O

right now is a situation that 1.4TSI is 1.5TSI, 2.0TSI 280PS is 272PS and thats it, nothing in betweeen, :/
1.8TSI should be replaced by 2.0TSI 190PS but they dont know when

Yes, there will be only three petrol engines in the future - 1.5TSI 110kw, 2.0TSI 140kw (1.8TSI/2.0TSI 162kw replacement) and 2.0TSI 200kw. The 140kw TSI is already available for Octavia and also as 4x4 + DSG7 (in Estonia)
