This must rate as the worst app ever presented. I have long admired Skoda products, but this app does need dramatic re engineering.

Totally agree. Waste of time app.

I cant understand why they simply and cleverly can't fix it.

They're always banging on about technology and the future  but can't sort a little app out.

Skoda connect need sorting too.

There's really only one redeeming fact about it - it lets you see your digital service book.

How come , mine does not show service detail , just make model etc 

 

Same here. Can't see digital service book.

Maybe it's different for different markets? I stored the VIN of my car. Then, enter the menu and choose "car" -> "my car". Then the following screens are accessible:

 

I can see the service record for mine on the app as well.
