Just booked my Vrs in for its 20k service at DM Keiths at Bradford they said

If it's an annual inspection service as well as 20k, then it's a little on the steep side, but not too bad. If it's just an oil change, they're having a laugh...

Have a search on here to find out about the timings for the inspection service - they're described in the service schedule as 'annual', although there are various situations where it could be in your interests to get it done early...
