Android e mail clients .

Featured Replies

As name says. Swimbo bought me a tablet for xmas .  Not the most expensive as she still thinks tablet is either a pill or a sweet. Problem is that the basic e mail client is google mail, which I find horrible after the ones designed for windows. Apart from my distrust of google on data security . Any suggestiond for ( free) ones, for a tablet running Android Go.

I find that TypeApp is quite good.

Who is your email with? I think MS give away Outlook for android for free if you use an outlook or hotmail account.

I've bought 365 now but have used Outlook on Apple and Android for years.

+1 for TypeApp

The android outlook app is a horrible piece of binary dog**** though...

We have to use it on our company phones and its terrible. Stupid company portal security thing mightny help, but even swmbo's school is now using it and its same crap on her android phone too..

It was fine on the previous windows phone... i dont think its a coincidence tbh..

All depends who your current e-mail provider is. I use Gmail for personal use and Outlook for work e-mail - both apps do the jobs I need them to do.

I use nine - it's not free though (~$15) :( But does sync my other contacts / calendar to Android ( mainly for my outlook account) but also does Apple account and gmail

Hmm I've found the outlook app to be ok as long as I've used it. Maybe I'm just used to it. MS do have a habit over moving everything around in their apps every few weeks right now which I can undestand p1sses people off (but they can't).

I had problems at home with outlook after moving from free to paid O365. Outlook wouldn't recognise my password. Fixed it myself eventually as MS help were useless. MS is a veyr very confused organisation right now. Lost of similar products with the same name which aren't the same things. And that dealing with enerprise stuff where people are spending millions.

Couldn't get on with the Outlook app on Android couldn't sync it Apple and Gmail calendars. (Don' t ask!)
