Sold.

I took this unit in part exchange, and it's looking for a new home (or more correctly it's taking up space on the shelf).

It's a standard non DAB unit, Version C, latest V16 maps and updated software, speed camera database installed, and ready to fit.

In unmarked condition, warranty seals intact, and priced to sell.

Comes with free GPS antenna if required.

Cost £250 plus delivery or Free Collection!

Freedom members may deduct the cost of their Freedom membership (£12 currently), and non Freedom members are welcome to join and receive the same discount. Essentially, if you're a Freedom member knock twelve quid off the price.

If collecting, then North Yorks is the location. If delivery, well it's still in North Yorks but that's irrelevant. :tongueout:

does this need to be coded in and the roof antenna changed ?

will it show details in maxi dot like directional arrows ?

It won't need the roof antenna replacing if you use the provided GPS antenna. Simply find a suitable location for the little receiver and fix it there, and connect that to the GPS connector, and that'll provide GPS signal. Everything else should be straight forward swap out and back in again. However, you'll need a different fascia perhaps depending on what you're replacing as the unit is a different shape to most other Bolero, Stream, etc. units.

There'll be some coding to make it all work, but as this is a VW unit there'll be some little things which won't work. It does show directions in my Yeti Maxidot, the Bluetooth functions in the car all work, but the steering wheel volume control won't adjust the volume.
