Variable servicing question

Featured Replies

So my 2017 Octavia was on variable servicing and was due the oil service after 20 months/17,000 miles and the inspection service 1000 miles after that.

Booked it in and they did both together as it wasn't logical to go back after a few weeks

Collected the car after the text and video and yodelling!

Only to find that they had changed it to fixed annual servicing, took it back today to get it changed back to variable which they did, BUT now the oil service is 613 days and the interim service is 20,100 miles/ 365 days

After going back in and complaining that it wasn't fully set to variable, they insist that it is and that an inspection is every year  Any ideas, as I'm not convinced they are telling the truth.

They who ever they are and what ever job they do and training they have are not telling the truth, simply clever as that.

Ask the Dealer Principal in writing if the Employee is telling the truth and if not why not.
