Recently got a set of 16’ 3sdm 0.05, 8j fronts and 9j rears, looking to get a set of uniroyal rain sport 3’s but struggling on tyre size.

 

I don’t mind a little bit of stretch but was wondering what people would recommend running? 

I would recommend running narrower wheels, the cars going to handle really badly and aquaplane like crazy on those Carlos fandangos.

Well, I would recommend asking questions about tyre sizes before buying wheels 2.5" wider than stock, and hoping that "a little bit of stretch" will get them on. I think you're into the world of arch pulling to use those at all.

Arches are getting rolled anyway, only mentioned stretch as have heard it’ll help the figment, not overly keen on it by any means 

Ridiculous on a MK1 Fabia, have you lost your mind. My MK3 Octavia runs on 7.5J rims in winter and 8.5J rims in summer with no fouling.
