Hello,

 

Just received my new RS TDi 4x4 and loving it. ( Production week 38/2018) 

I am facing only one issue .. There is no map view on the digital instrument cluster (blank when using maps)

Looking at this video: ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSWYnGHQxLQ ) I see that there is an option to choose the map view between the 2 gauges in the normal view.

It also has a full map on the "wide" view. Mine are both black with no map visible ! 

 

My car has a Colombus system and after searching the menus I didn't find any relevant option for this. 

 

Can anyone shed some light here?

Do you have the appropriate SD Card inserted correctly into the appropriate slot?

 

Do you get any error messages?

 

It's worth doing a search on here as there are similar threads, but worst case, take it back and ask that it be fixed.

Have you switched view to the cluster on the nav screen?

What can I say.. 

It was that simple. There is a switch view option on the steering wheel that rolls on all available apps and menus such as navi , music, cell etc. I had it always on “driving data” info.

 

I guess I am a deep noob.
