EGR Modified Gasket 028 131 547 B Discontinued at dealers

Featured Replies

So,

For the BLT Stutter thing, it's the 028 131 547 B gasket we're looking for right?

I've asked RPS and they've said it's discontinued as of last year, anywhere else available for getting this?

The local TPS is an ar*e to deal with so I've ruled them out straight away.

Oemwolf.com says that part number has been superseded by 069131547D, try searching for that instead.

Looking at ebay results for that number, that may just be the standard gasket? Dunno.

The 069 number is what's quoted here (item 6) , described as 32mm; so that's just the standard one: https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/fabia/fab/2005-453/1/131-131045/

Damn, i looked around but the only part number i saw was the one i posted, is there a way to find the 9mm opening one?

That's the one I need to drill out to 11.5mm to sort this hesitation on the BLT engines.

I would think by now the hesitation from euro 4 emission regulations is probably a moot point.

But the gasket linked above above would be fine.

Yeah you'd think so, it's confusing because the part number on a lot of the threads on here for the revised gasket just brings up the 32mm diameter opening one which is the original one?

It's just one of those on the list things to do this year!
