yes it is smooth and yes i did order the dam thing in auto DSG just hope i did the right thing so heres to superb no.2 ........

The test drive one had no paddles i hope the sportline dsg comes with them not sure tbh.

Sportline does come with paddles. It's more useful than I thought and I am glad I got one with paddles than the SE-L I tried without.

If the car is electric it won't have a gearbox at all.

How do people find pulling out of junctions or crossing a road, from standstill, with a DSG? Had a couple of auto Audi’s, but soon went back to a manual. Just found oncoming traffic flashes me, I move foot from brake to throttle, wait a second and then moved. No problem with manual, as just clutch up and go

Auto hold on, in sport,  press pedal to floor, pull out with squealing wheelspin due to wooden pirelli tyres.

I have no issues although I heard lots of comments a reviews about it being a bit laggy.

From standatill, it's a matter of letting go of brakes a touch early so the clutch get a chance to bite then off I go. If it's still in gear then it behaves as any other gearbox will.

If im doubt I just smash the throttle and the power of 206kW with haldex will take care of the rest :)
