i have ordered some pd150 headbolts ready to replace my pd130 ones, few questions

 

can I replace the bolts one by one?

 

if not, do I have to replace the headgasket, if so do I have to get the head skimmed or not?

 

i have a head gasket already however would really prefer not to do it if i need to get it skimmed.

Yes, one by one.

@Jackturno1 - Yes, 1 by 1 in "tightening order" if this is totally preventative maintenance.

 

If you even suspect head lift, I'd suggest replacing the following as well as the gasket since the head will be off anyway - timing belt, tensioner and water pump.
