What you copied is an email from presumably the repairing Skoda dealer. It is NOT the warranty document that you would have been given when you bought your car and that is said to be attached to that email. I suggest you have another look at their email to see if you have missed the attachment.


Look at the words they use and my underlining:


This is stipulated in your policy booklet which we have attached for your reference Sir. Please refer to page 7 under the 'what is not covered' section where it states the following:

Any diagnostic costs, other than the
reasonable costs of diagnosis should a claim
for a defective component be valid under
this cover.




I'm getting more and more sure that what you have is an independent, dealer sold, third party warranty, and not one under the Skoda Approved Used Car Scheme.

Just to let you all know my radio is working ok now they had to put new Arial. Mount on it cost over 300 now I got to get a refund from the dealer I bought it from
