My Columbus unit appears to have an issue with not being able to delete anything from memory. 

 

Saved destinations can be deleted but reappear when unit next starts. If I set a new destination and then switch off, say at a fuel station, the destination is set back to a previous one. This destination is always the same. I have tried all delete options as well as factory reset. It is nothing to do with voice tags being assigned.

Had this before where the unit gets locked up with saved data. It needs the user flash data clearing. I can do it, but obviously it'll need posting here.
