MY change...

Featured Replies

When I had my last Superb (2012) I remember that the change was at week 22. Is that still the case?

If so...I have a new car on order (ordered 3 weeks ago) with an expected delivery around July.

Does that follow that it'll be a MY 20?

Many thanks.

nope - it will still b MY19.

MY20 production will start second half of the year, however this time round it will b the mk3.5 - so tooling changes for some panels/parts r required, meaning additional prep time.

also expecting hybrid components.

MY change could be week 22, as it has mostly always been. Last years was a bit different due to the integration of WLTP testing and certification.

Though, to be fair, no concrete info has leaked (yet) about Mk 3.5, other than some pictures, so it’s hard to guess whether or not they will stick to week 22 for the MY change.

knowing that we know now, week 22 seems early. Are there any major car show between now and week 22 where one could expect the announcement of the Superb FL?
